Yoga 101

Yoga isn’t about turning yourself into a pretzel, it’s about having a deep connection between body, breath & spirit. Through this six-week course you will learn proper alignment and cues for moving the spine in all 6 directions. These classes allow for one-on-one instruction and should leave you with the tools needed for continuing yoga classes or a confident home practice. While drop-in classes are available, 

Kids Yoga

We offer a 45-minute yoga class for kids where we will utilize games, partner poses, music, song and most importantly FUN! Your child will learn strength, balance, attention, and coordination; along with stress coping mechanisms to help build self-esteem and confidence by focusing on a connection to their own bodies. Through play and group activities they will be able to see the importance of showing kindness to others as well as self-love.

Hatha Yoga

This class will focus on postures, meditations, and breathing techniques to help build your vital energy! 

Research has shown hatha yoga helps to relieve stress, support healthy habits, improve emotional health, & ease bodily pains.
